Privacy Legal Counsel (Cybersecurity)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; office work is encouraged, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week.

Gross salary: €4,300–€6,200 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Strengthen the privacy compliance program and develop internal and external privacy policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advise on privacy and legal questions for new products and features from the earliest development stages.
• Provide day-to-day data protection advice across relevant jurisdictions and monitor legal developments.
• Run Data Protection Impact Assessments, Legitimate Interest Assessments, international data transfer assessments, privacy reviews, and internal audits.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements and related documentation for vendors and partners.
• Support customer support with complex privacy inquiries, deliver privacy training, and collaborate across the company.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Solid hands-on data protection experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm.
• Good understanding of the IT environment and technology ecosystem.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Full working proficiency in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have

• Experience in IP/IT law or the technology industry, in-house or at a law firm.
• International experience.
