Client Service Delivery Sr Analyst - Fixed Term (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 office days per week. A valid EU work permit is mandatory. The role includes rotating weekend on-call coverage approximately once per month.

Salary: €2,700–€3,150 gross monthly. An annual gross base pay range of €27,000–€47,000 is also stated.

What you will do

• Provide email and telephone support for Board Portal Software.
• Build customer relationships, deliver value, anticipate needs, and respond to queries promptly.
• Train users and produce operational and user documentation.
• Help identify business and system requirements and communicate client needs to Account Administrators and Success Managers.
• Promote product improvements and company capabilities to clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to craft solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong affinity for working with software applications.
• Previous client-facing experience and experience supporting sophisticated products.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a positive, performance-driven approach.
• Reliability, resilience, stress resistance, and a self-sufficient, independent approach to tasks.
• Ability to multitask effectively and willingness to learn beyond the immediate remit.
• Previous experience working with AI and AI agents in a work setting, or a genuine interest in learning about them.
• No previous unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, except offences solely related to minor road traffic violations.
