Customer Journey Expert - Banking Products and Processes

What you will do

• Own the continuous development, optimization, and governance of assigned end-to-end customer journey processes.
• Support pricing configuration, product propositions, fulfilment, credit back-office applications, and connections to risk engines, credit agencies, KYC, and AML checks.
• Contribute to digital lending features including instant lending, preapproved loans, and loan application processing systems.
• Design technical requirements, analyze current processes, identify optimization opportunities, and define scope.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate implementation and testing with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, the Easy Financing tribe, and the bank while supporting regulatory and internal governance activities.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational value chains.
• Experience with product and service management and related processes.
• Experience working in agile/SCRUM teams, ideally as a Product Owner or SCRUM Master.
• Experience in requirements engineering and writing high-quality user stories.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer focus, ability to build strong customer relationships, and commitment to customer-centric services.
• Ability to collaborate, bring people together, challenge the status quo, and propose creative solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with programme or project management in banking products; loan product experience is beneficial.
• Experience working with nearshore or offshore teams.
• Beginner-level German.
• Excellent English and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
