Nekki is looking for a Technical Level Designer for the studio’s leading project SPINE, a third-person cinematic gun-fu action game developed on Unreal Engine 5 for PC and consoles. You will work closely with level designers, game designers and technical teams, creating and supporting blueprint systems, preparing levels and ensuring smooth integration of gameplay content.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Level Designers, Game Designers and tech teams to conceptualize and implement blueprint systems
• Prepare levels including streaming, collider markup and internal system markers
• Ensure compatibility with technical constraints and artistic requirements
• Support and enhance level functionality during content development
• Integrate gameplay content into locations
• Participate in code reviews with technical teams during blueprint development
📚 Required Skills
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Basic proficiency in visual scripting (Blueprints)
• Fluent communication in Russian
👍 Nice to Have
• Deep knowledge of Blueprints and C++
• Experience with Sequencer and streaming
• Experience with Perforce or Git
• Experience in designing and implementing game levels
• Understanding of basic game design principles
