Working Student - HR (f/m/d)

Location: Hybrid work in Wiesbaden, Hessen, Germany; part-time, 20 hours per week.

What you will do

• Support the HR team with general employee inquiries.
• Assist recruiting by drafting job postings, coordinating interviews and conducting initial application screenings.
• Support the employee journey from entry to exit, including onboarding preparation.
• Maintain master data in Personio and manage digital personnel files.
• Administer the absence management tool and prepare reference letters.

Requirements

• Study Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or a comparable discipline with an HR focus, ideally at Master's level.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are required.
• Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, team spirit and flexibility.

Nice to have

• Practical HR or recruiting experience from internships or previous working student roles.
