Social Content Creative

Location: Budapest; hybrid working policy. The role includes filming on location and travel where required.

What you will do

• Develop original social-first concepts based on audience understanding, cultural relevance, client objectives, and creative briefs.
• Plan, film, edit, and deliver content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Prepare and lead smaller content shoots, including formats, shot lists, props, and capture requirements; collaborate on larger productions.
• Appear regularly on camera and present ideas and creative decisions to internal and client audiences.
• Identify trends, reactive opportunities, community-led ideas, and emerging formats, including creative for paid social campaigns.
• Interpret performance results and audience feedback, recommend improvements, manage competing priorities, and support junior content creatives without formal line management.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating social-first content for brands, agencies, or established social channels, supported by a portfolio showing original thinking and strong execution.
• Experience delivering content against briefs, brand guidelines, stakeholder feedback, and deadlines.
• Strong concepting, social storytelling, filming, and editing skills, including hooks, pacing, narrative, and adapting tone of voice for different brands and audiences.
• Hands-on editing experience with in-platform tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, online communities, creators, platform behaviours, and emerging formats.
• Confidence and willingness to appear regularly on camera; the candidate’s image, voice, and likeness will feature in client content.
• Experience planning and leading smaller content shoots and adapting practical production decisions when circumstances change.
• Ability to use performance and audience feedback to recommend creative improvements and confidently present ideas to clients.
• Strong judgement, attention to detail, organisation, collaboration, resourcefulness, and ability to balance multiple deliverables and changing priorities.
• Ability to share knowledge and provide constructive, practical feedback to junior colleagues; comfortable travelling and working on location for shoots when required.
