Social Media and Community Operations Specialist (3D Printing)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid with a 3-day weekly on-site expectation in the Budapest office.

What you will do

• Collaborate with social media and video creators to develop editorial calendars translating complex 3D printing workflows into on-brand content.
• Manage the social media management system, including technical setup, tagging, content organization, UTM tracking, and asset administration.
• Grow hirify.global’ presence on Reddit and specialized industry forums through technical engagement and authoritative community contributions.
• Structure forum and social content to improve SEO and AEO visibility across traditional search and AI-driven answer engines.
• Recruit, source, and onboard technical influencers while expanding the hirify.global influencer network.
• Scale and optimize the affiliate program through publisher growth, automated workflows, performance tracking, tiered incentives, and affiliate support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical or engineering-driven field.
• Technical understanding of digital fabrication and a genuine passion for 3D printing technology.
• In-depth knowledge of social media and technical forum best practices across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Strong understanding of SEO and AEO principles, including structuring forum contributions and social content for discoverability.
• Strong understanding of community management and affiliate marketing.
• Experience analyzing social media and community data to meet strategic objectives.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
