Support Developer (Regulatory Accounting Systems)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Salary: €3,570–€4,410 for B2B contracts, or €2,000–€2,300 net for a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests.
• Perform corrective maintenance on regulatory accounting systems.
• Contribute to implementing system evolutions and continuous improvement.
• Execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of changes.
• Help maintain the operational stability of finance, accounting, and procurement systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with finance and accounting transactions.
• Background in application support, software development, or information systems maintenance.
• Experience managing incidents and support requests.
• Knowledge of corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with unit testing.
• An organised and service-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.
• Communicative English and required French; French proficiency level is not specified.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.
