Social Media Executive

hirify.global is a scaling technology company building a home services super app across the GCC, with AI-focused innovation and services including cleaning, beauty, handyman, and home health visits.

What you will do

• Build and manage social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, starting with one service category and expanding as the business scales.
• Create, edit, host, and publish Reels, TikToks, and other content at a consistent weekly cadence, often appearing on camera.
• Run community engagement and lead influencer collaborations, including creator selection, partnership management, and tracking reach and bookings.
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots aligned with the brand.
• Track campaign and collaboration performance, using reach, engagement, and growth insights to shape future content.
• Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and business verticals.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience creating and growing social content across Instagram and TikTok, including hands-on influencer marketing.
• Comfort and confidence presenting, hosting, and appearing naturally on camera.
• Strong storytelling and creative copywriting skills, with the ability to turn everyday moments into engaging content.
• Hands-on TikTok and Reels editing experience with fast turnaround while maintaining quality.
• Deep, current understanding of social trends, formats, and platforms.
• Cultural fluency in the UAE and the ability to learn the home services industry quickly.
• Experience coordinating photo and video shoots.

Nice to have

• Experience in the service, consumer, lifestyle, or healthcare industry.
• A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or a strong portfolio of work.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
