Content & Social Lead (Gaming)

Location: Limassol, with remote, hybrid, or office work options; hubs are available in Almaty, Limassol, Belgrade, and Dubai.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the content strategy for OneState across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X to drive organic growth.
• Build and scale end-to-end production workflows covering ideation, planning, publishing, analysis, and optimization.
• Lead and develop the content team while managing agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Translate quarterly growth objectives into plans, budgets, and measurable KPIs.
• Oversee CG, gameplay, UGC, AI-generated, live-action, short-form, and long-form content production.
• Monitor trends, algorithms, competitors, and performance data; collaborate with Community, Brand, User Acquisition, Monetization, and Creative Direction teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading content functions and managing teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
• Track record of growing large social media channels and a portfolio of social media video content, including successful viral videos with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific formats, audience behavior, and content performance.
• Experience building and scaling high-volume content production pipelines across CG, UGC, AI-generated content, and live-action.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows, internal teams, agencies, and freelancers simultaneously, with an established network of reliable freelancers and production specialists.
• Practical experience with AI video production tools such as Kling, Sora, Midjourney, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert performance data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Structured, proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Gaming industry experience, particularly with open-world, survival, or multiplayer games.
• Understanding of CGI production pipelines and experience with 2D/3D motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Figma and Photoshop for creative briefing and production coordination.
• Experience creating content for international audiences.
• Passion for gaming, gaming content, and emerging digital trends.

Hiring process
