Thesis: Hybrid Agentic Workflow Analysis (AI)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global office in Sundsvall, Sweden

What you will do

• Investigate a hybrid approach to agentic development using larger cloud LLMs together with smaller local open-source models.
• Propose a solution in an agentic harness such as OpenCode, with a larger LLM overseeing and delegating exploration or implementation tasks.
• Evaluate whether smaller LLMs can handle delegated tasks from larger models.
• Assess the hardware requirements for developers to run the workflow locally.
• Analyze setup complexity and whether specific agent harnesses or system prompts are needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Graduation in June 2027.
• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
