Founding Brand Design Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Refine the visual language and deliver polished work across web, social, presentations, and campaigns.
• Create graphics, typography, layouts, 2D motion, 3D renders, animations, and product storytelling.
• Experiment with generative tools and coding agents to build repeatable AI creative workflows for image, video, animation, and production.
• Support photo and video shoots, post-production, asset management, and external creative coordination.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery, identify gaps, and improve the quality of creative output.

Requirements

• Exceptional taste, strong creative instincts, a standout portfolio, and an understanding of emerging design trends.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, and animation using Blender, Cinema 4D, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with 2D animation, motion graphics, and basic compositing using After Effects, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with image creation and manipulation, typography, and layout using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with emerging creative tools, coding agents, and workflow automation.
• Resourcefulness, initiative, high agency, and ambition to grow into a brand leadership role.
• Work quality, creative instincts, and potential are valued more than years of experience.
