Senior Manager, Procurement & Sourcing (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with at least three office days per week for team members near key hubs

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's global non-payroll spend lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through vendor onboarding, contracting, purchase orders, renewals, and invoices.
• Lead competitive sourcing for software, professional services, travel, and other operating spend, including requirements, RFx, bid evaluation, negotiation, and vendor selection.
• Manage the strategic vendor portfolio and renewal pipeline, delivering measurable savings and cost avoidance while tracking results against budget.
• Own the Zip intake-to-pay platform and procurement governance, including approval matrices, PO exemptions, signatory authority, KPIs, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate commercial and legal workflows with Legal, vendor due diligence with Information Security and IT, and integrations with Business Applications.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Procurement team while driving adoption, training, change management, and AI-enabled process improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or another high-growth technology company, with strong indirect or software spend exposure.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable savings.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including setting priorities and driving accountability.
• Hands-on experience with a procure-to-pay platform such as Zip or similar, and an ERP; NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts, including MSAs, order forms, and DPAs, plus experience working with Legal and Information Security.
• Experience applying AI-driven automation to procurement workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging executives and budget owners.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with spend data, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean team.

Nice to have

• Experience building or refining procurement policy and governance in a scaling company.
• CPM, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with vendor risk and third-party security assessment processes.
• Experience supporting a global, multi-entity organization.
