Logistics Coordinator (Quantum Computing)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel; full-time at the Tel Aviv office

hirify.global develops hardware and software control systems for quantum computing, scaling control from individual qubits to large quantum-computer arrays.

What you will do

• Receive and verify purchased materials and finished goods, recording transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Manage material requests, picking, issuing, transfers, and local deliveries for R&D, Production, and other teams.
• Prepare and coordinate customer, loan, and evaluation shipments, including packing, export documentation, and carrier pickups.
• Coordinate daily logistics with external warehouses, 3PL providers, and carriers.
• Maintain inventory and serial-number accuracy and support stock counts, discrepancy resolution, MRB, quarantine, and scrap activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of receiving, inventory, and shipping processes, with experience using ERP or inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Organized, accurate, and proactive, with strong ownership and service orientation.
• Ability to manage changing priorities independently and across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, manufacturing or electronics, external warehouses or 3PL providers, and international shipping documentation.
