Salary: USD 88,660.84–196,000.10 per year

What you will do

• Conduct complex cyber threat intelligence analysis for a joint mission center supporting cyberspace operations.
• Identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, analytical trends, intelligence gaps, and potential operational impacts.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize multi-source threat data to detect patterns and anomalies.
• Produce finished intelligence, threat reports, risk assessments, briefings, and actionable recommendations for operational, intelligence, and senior leadership audiences.
• Develop and maintain methodologies for quantifying and categorizing threat severity.
• Leverage SIGINT and coordinate with Department of War, Intelligence Community, and other mission partners as required.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, National Security, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence, cyber intelligence, or closely related cyber threat analyst experience, or 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience including substantive cyber operations or cyber threat analysis.
• Experience conducting cyber threat analysis using all-source, single-source, technical, or other intelligence data.
• Experience producing finished intelligence products, threat assessments, risk assessments, briefings, and analytical products for operational or leadership audiences.
• Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence principles, analytic methodologies, intelligence production, adversary cyber capabilities, attack methods, vulnerabilities, TTPs, and threat actor behavior.
• Knowledge of cyberspace operations and intelligence requirements supporting Defensive Cyberspace Operations and Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
• Knowledge of cyber infrastructure, computer networking fundamentals, and communications technologies and architectures.
• Ability to synthesize incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information; identify emerging threats and intelligence gaps; and translate complex analysis into concise recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities and short deadlines, with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly and an advanced degree in a relevant field.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II, Combat Assessment, or comparable intelligence/cyber operations training.
• Experience supporting Department of War, Intelligence Community, mission partners, joint operations, offensive or defensive cyber targeting, operational planning, target development, or intelligence preparation.
• Experience analyzing advanced persistent threats, state-sponsored cyber actors, and sophisticated adversary TTPs, including SIGINT and other technical intelligence sources.
• Experience supporting operational planning teams, crisis action teams, current operations, exercises, crisis action planning, controlled-access environments, and senior-level intelligence briefings or operational recommendations.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, data analytics, data visualization, or analytical tools; experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience applying data science, automation, artificial intelligence, or machine learning to intelligence analysis.
• Relevant military education, JPME, intelligence training, cyber/targeting training, or equivalent professional development.
