The company develops a modular, cloud-native banking platform and operates globally with around 2,500 colleagues in 12 countries.

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solution designs for hirify.global SaaS on OCI.
• Support Cloud Engineers and Developers in delivering deployable, scalable, and operationally sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on tailored cloud solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
• Contribute to cost optimization and implementation approaches.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in DevOps methodologies and Git-based project workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, including Oracle Kubernetes Engine, Oracle Exadata, Oracle RAC, container orchestration, and enterprise deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and abstraction skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is essential; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• OCI Certified Solution Architect certification.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, landing zones, multi-region architectures, business continuity, and cloud security best practices.
• Additional AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• Experience with observability and monitoring solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, or Splunk.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible is strongly preferred.
