Digital Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), Spain; hybrid working model with some days remote and some days onsite

What you will do

• Support Product Managers in analyzing customer needs, market trends, business requirements, and local-market inputs.
• Translate product priorities into customer journeys, user stories, functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and improve investment journeys covering onboarding, profiling, suitability, portfolios, investment execution, and servicing.
• Support product backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, functional validation, testing, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Product, UX, Technology, Business, Compliance, local-market, and external-provider stakeholders.
• Support the rollout and adoption of global Savings & Investments capabilities across countries.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in digital product, business analysis, consulting, digital banking, technology, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting digital product definition and delivery, customer journeys, business requirements, or user stories.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good understanding of digital product development and Agile ways of working.
• Ability to create clear functional documentation, business rules, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with product backlog refinement, KPI definition and reporting, customer journey analysis, optimization, functional validation, and testing support.
• Ability to work with Product Managers, Technology, UX, Business, Compliance, and other stakeholders across teams and countries.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop knowledge of investment products, digital customer journeys, and product management.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital banking, investments, wealth management, fintech, or digital platforms.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology, or a related field.
