Senior AI Product Analyst (Automation) (AI and clinical workflow automation): Owning end-to-end analytics for AI-powered and conventional product features, including medical documentation, patient issue resolution, intake verification, and provider tooling, with an accent on product analytics, AI evaluation, and operational analysis. Focus on analyzing production behavior, identifying silent failures, and producing evidence for prioritizing fixes across UI, backend workflows, integrations, and AI features.

Salary: $100,100 per year

hirify.global's Automation team builds and operates AI and conventional product features that automate clinical and operational workflows.

What you will do

  • Own analytics for the Automation team across classical product features and AI-powered features.
  • Analyze production behavior to determine which parts work, where systems fail silently, and what should be fixed next.
  • Evaluate AI features and analyze operational workflows.
  • Work across UI, backend workflows, integrations, and AI features.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, MedOps, and Clinical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in product analytics.
  • Experience evaluating AI-powered features.
  • Experience with operational analysis.
  • Ability to analyze automated clinical and operational workflows and translate system behavior into actionable evidence.
