Senior 2D Marketing Artist (AI)

What you will do

• Create high-quality 2D concepts and production art for social posts, Discord content, email headers, push assets, challenges, infographics and event communications.
• Adapt characters, stickers, pop-ups and backgrounds into multiple formats while maintaining composition, visual hierarchy, readability and the established MONOPOLY GO! style.
• Develop and document repeatable templates, AI-assisted workflows and practical automation; evaluate emerging tools against production needs.
• Research visual references, develop ideas from open-ended briefs, and identify improvements to the 2D production pipeline.
• Create original lettering and logos, own work from brief to final delivery, and manage scope, priorities, deadlines and risks.
• Provide actionable feedback to internal and outsourced artists and collaborate with Art Production, Producers, Marketing and other teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a 2D or concept artist in games or games marketing, including 2+ years in a senior-level capacity.
• Experience developing and applying repeatable AI-assisted production workflows, with judgment to evaluate their impact on quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Track record of delivering high-quality 2D work on schedule while collaborating with Design, Engineering and outsourcing partners.
• Advanced illustration and concept development skills, including composition, form, color, typography and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and the ability to research, synthesize and apply visual references.
• Experience designing logos and lettering for campaigns, events and player-facing initiatives while maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels.
• Ability to communicate with non-art stakeholders, clarify or challenge unclear briefs, negotiate priorities, and give and apply constructive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with brand guidelines and approval processes for externally licensed intellectual property.
• Experience helping outsourcing partners meet established quality standards.
• Strong 3D modeling skills in Maya, Blender or equivalent tools to support AI-assisted concept-to-3D workflows.
• Experience in a creative studio, production company or advertising environment.
