What you will do

• Accept formal appointment as Responsable du Contrôle for a portfolio of Luxembourg-domiciled investment funds.
• Maintain fund-level AML/CTF policies, procedures, risk appetite statements, and business-wide risk assessments.
• Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans, track remediation, and oversee investor and asset due diligence and KYC files.
• Oversee AML delegation to transfer agents and other stakeholders, including due diligence and AML/CTF SLA reviews.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual RC reports to fund boards, attend board meetings, and deliver AML/CTF training.
• Manage AML external audits, CSSF and AED requests, FIU reporting for suspicious transactions, regulatory updates, and onboarding of new RC mandates.

Requirements

• Must hold the right to work in Luxembourg.
• At least 7 years of professional AML/CFT experience, including demonstrable exposure to the Luxembourg alternative fund industry.
• Prior authorisation or eligibility for CSSF and AED approval to act as Responsable du Contrôle for funds; previous RC appointment experience is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CFT legislation and regulatory requirements for RAIFs, SCSps, SICARs, SIFs, and equivalent vehicles.
• Ability to operate at board level, present RC reports clearly, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple mandates and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Excellent command of English required.
