Senior Producer (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead Motion & 3D projects from brief through final delivery, keeping work on schedule and within budget.
• Own project scopes, timelines, schedules, budgets, effort tracking, and status communications.
• Facilitate scrums and meetings, resolve delivery issues, and brief Motion Graphics and wider creative teams.
• Coordinate client communication, conduct client meetings, and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Ensure assets and final deliverables are approved, quality-assured, and technically compliant.
• Work with production leadership to improve operational and financial workflows while coordinating with global teams in North America and Japan.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a producer within a creative team or agency.
• Experience delivering Motion Graphic projects and managing client-facing communication.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, detail-orientation, systematic, and accuracy skills.
• Ability to understand and solve the project implications of feedback, protect creative quality within budget and schedule, and work proactively and solution-first.
• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, compromise-facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change while managing multiple systems, documents, projects, and processes.
• Discretion and strong confidentiality, as required by clients.
• Work location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Consumer hardware or technology product launch experience.
• Game industry experience.
• MIRO experience.
• Knowledge of the CG and motion graphics industry.
