Senior Producer (Motion & 3D)

What you will do

• Oversee Motion & 3D projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Own project timelines, team schedules, scopes, budgets, effort tracking, and project status communications.
• Facilitate daily scrums, regular meetings, client meetings, and issue resolution across creative teams.
• Brief Motion Graphics and wider creative teams, ensuring assets are technically compliant and final deliverables are approved and quality-assured.
• Maintain client, internal, and external partner relationships while representing the team’s interests.
• Work with production leadership to improve operational and financial workflows and coordinate with global teams in North America and Japan.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a producer within a creative team or agency.
• Experience delivering Motion Graphic projects and communicating directly with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented, systematic, and accurate.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, understand the impact of feedback, and solve project issues.
• Ability to protect creative quality while managing budget and schedule constraints.
• Proactive, solution-driven, flexible, and comfortable working at pace and adapting to change.
• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, compromise-facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Discretion and strong confidentiality awareness are required.

Nice to have

• Consumer hardware or technology product launch experience.
• Game industry experience.
• MIRO experience.
• Knowledge of the CG and motion graphics industry.
