Linguistic Quality Assurance Specialist (Umowa na zastępstwo) (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with up to 30 days of occasional remote work

hirify.global is an e-commerce product company operating a large-scale technology platform with AI and machine learning systems.

What you will do

• Assess translation quality and annotate local-language datasets to improve AI-generated translations.
• Verify and resolve critical machine translation errors and collaborate with technical teams on automated detection and correction systems.
• Support continuous localization and AI-generated content pipelines for front-end and legal content.
• Review generated Slovak content, contribute to natural-language prompt design, and improve accuracy, cultural resonance, and market fit.
• Maintain the Slovak Style Guide and support hirify.global Termbase updates.
• Lead discussions with translators, resolve complex linguistic questions, and identify recurring failure patterns for systemic improvements.

Requirements

• Slovak at C2 level.
• English at C1 level.
• Polish at B1 level.
• At least 2 years of translation experience.
• Experience with AI quality and annotation.
• Experience working with CAT tools.

Nice to have

• Prompt engineering experience.
• Experience with scalable error resolution.
