Delivery Consultant - Orphoz (AI)

Location: Based in the Barcelona or Madrid office, Spain; flexibility to travel is required.

What you will do

• Design and implement client transformation plans, including operational improvements, KPI implementation, and process improvement.
• Coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks while preparing and driving implementation projects.
• Coach clients and manage project workstreams independently with project manager support.
• Lead junior consultants and clients, and conduct client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to internal projects and the development of the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or a PMO supporting transformation projects.
• Experience creating long-lasting impact and working with people to achieve results.
• Flexibility and agility suited to a consulting environment.
• Excellent spoken and written fluency in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to travel.

Nice to have

• Functional experience with AI-related solutions such as analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
