Senior Delivery Consultant (AI Transformation)

Location: Lisbon; the role is also stated to be based in the Madrid office.

What you will do

• Design and implement client transformation plans, including operational improvements, KPI implementation, process improvement, digital transformation, and cultural change.
• Coordinate transformation implementation projects and support change management initiatives.
• Manage project workstreams independently with manager support and progressively take responsibility for project delivery.
• Lead less-tenured consultants and clients, and conduct client meetings and workshops.
• Coach clients and contribute to internal firm projects.

Requirements

• Degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or operational roles, with a strong focus on implementation or execution, preferably in consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive change across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Flexibility and agility to succeed in a consulting environment.
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or above, plus proficiency in the local office language.
• Previous experience in holistic process redesign and implementation, process reengineering, lean operations transformation, carve-outs, or M&A implementation projects in a transformation context.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI projects to reshape company operations.
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions, including analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
