Senior Delivery Consultant

What you will do

• Manage project workstreams largely independently with support from a project manager.
• Implement business and digital transformation programmes in the mining, banking, and telecommunications sectors.
• Lead junior consultants and client stakeholders within projects or workstreams.
• Conduct client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives.
• Deliver lasting operational impact and build long-term capabilities with clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management delivery experience in a consulting or large corporate environment.
• High problem-solving ability and strong pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of experience delivering and executing large-scale business transformation projects, including restructuring execution, turnaround, operational excellence, strategic operations, operational strategy, operational consulting transformation, M&A post-merger implementation, or digital transformation.
• Drive to create long-lasting impact and work with people to achieve results.
• Flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, banking or financial services, or telecommunications is highly desirable.
