What you will do

• Manage a small project or a defined part of a larger project, creating plans with aligned tasks and timelines.
• Track metrics, perform complex analysis, and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Refine workflows and processes in line with global directives.
• Build client capabilities through continuous on-the-job coaching.
• Develop expertise in selected service lines, sectors, or functions and codify project learnings for team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
• 2+ years of consulting or business experience, with a clear record of achievements and demonstrated drive for personal growth.
• Ability to successfully manage and deliver small- to medium-sized projects.
• Superior problem-solving and relationship-building skills, including a demonstrated commitment to client service.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within Africa.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, banking or financial services, or telecommunications.
