Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Hybrid role in Budapest, Hungary. Active student status at a Hungarian university or college is required.

What you will do

• Support Talent Acquisition and partner with Technical Recruiters across the business.
• Source, interview, and support hiring candidates across technology, marketing, services, sales, finance, and other departments.
• Provide a strong candidate experience from initial communication through final resolution.
• Recommend and drive improvements that enhance and scale recruiting practices.

Requirements

• Active studies at a Hungarian university or college.
• Readiness to support hiring needs across multiple company functions.
• Bias for action and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create effective candidate messaging.
• Data-oriented approach to tracking results and improving processes.
• Interest in establishing connections and meeting new people.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter intern.
• Graphic design and/or social media skills for talent branding.
• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
