Location: Érd, Hungary; hybrid working model with up to 60% home office. The role collaborates closely with Headquarters in Graz and teams in Hungary.

Hungary Kft. is a research and development center working on powertrain systems, software development, testing, simulation, calibration, and production planning for vehicle and machinery manufacturers.
What you will do
- Support the creation, publication, and multiposting of target-group-specific job advertisements.
- Coordinate interviews and schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interview partners.
- Provide candidate administration and communication, including invitations and rejections.
- Prepare employment contracts and process offers for permanent employees, working students, mandatory interns, and summer interns in cooperation with Talent Acquisition and HR Administration.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, IT requests, checklists, and digital personnel records.
- Support reporting, research, candidate data maintenance, and process improvement within Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business education, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in HR, ideally in recruiting or HR services.
- Very good German language skills at minimum B2 level.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible adaptation to changing requirements and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with content management systems.
