Bilingual Implementation Engineer (German), EMEA

Location: Must permanently reside in Ireland. Hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of the Cork office; fully remote for candidates living outside commuting distance within Ireland.

What you will do

• Assess customer requirements and create implementation plans for Keeper deployments.
• Configure software features, workflows, and integrations for customer environments.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers, deliver training, and create user documentation and knowledge resources.
• Provide ongoing level 2 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and identify, resolve, and escalate project risks.
• Maintain configuration and communication records while managing multiple implementation projects through timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, customer success, and other internal teams to improve implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS implementation, technical support, or a related role.
• Native German and fluent English, both verbally and in writing, are required.
• Experience deploying SaaS solutions; security software experience is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Google office tools.
• Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting experience, including strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell.
• Advanced knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory environments, DNS servers, authentication protocols, LDAP, and on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, software integration, programming languages, APIs, and data manipulation.
• Experience leading external customer engagements, managing client relationships, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global regions and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or other SaaS or cloud technology certifications.
• IT experience.
• Experience with Python.
