Compliance QA Program Manager (Cryptocurrency)

Salary: $135,800–$245,400 USD annually, depending on U.S. pay zone.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end quality assurance framework for cryptocurrency and sanctions compliance decisions.
• Partner with BSA/CFT and Sanctions Program Owners to report on program implementation.
• Monitor metrics, identify insights, risks, and themes, and drive accountability and improvement.
• Ensure quality standards keep pace with product expansion and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Work with Quality Program Managers and leadership to maintain the quality assurance framework and represent the team to partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in BSA/AML/KYC compliance and compliance operations at a financial services firm, preferably in payments or fintech.
• Experience influencing enterprise-wide compliance programs and advising executive leadership on complex matters.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, risks, and typologies, with an analytical and metrics-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills for managing competing priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to execute independently at a high level while working effectively with team members at all levels.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including framing ambiguous compliance problems for AI, critically evaluating outputs for gaps, bias, or risk, and using AI without compromising compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CFCS, or CRCM.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven compliance or risk-decisioning tools.
