Senior Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Israel; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office and remaining time dedicated to customer visits

What you will do

• Present Snowflake technology, vision, roadmap features, and functionality to executives, technical contributors, prospects, and customers.
• Demonstrate Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demos and proofs of concept through design and implementation.
• Understand customer needs, solve customer-specific business problems, and guide technical evaluations and platform selection.
• Create technical champions within accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
• Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and implementation partners on architectures, account strategies, and territory plans.
• Represent Snowflake at industry and customer events while maintaining knowledge of competitive and complementary technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in solution engineering or solution architecture in a SaaS environment, or relevant industry experience such as data science or data engineering.
• Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, including impromptu whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
• Understanding of and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Ability to solve customer-specific business problems and apply Snowflake solutions.
• Customer-facing communication skills across technical and executive audiences, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with modern data technologies such as dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, and Git.
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
