TL;DR

Location: UK only; remote or hybrid, with the hybrid option based in Brighton

is a game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and other games.
What you will do
- Coordinate the daily QA strategy across six platforms, multiple branches, and aligned submission and release cycles.
- Collaborate with production, tech, art, design, discipline leads, and LiveOps to improve pipelines and test content drops efficiently.
- Report on product health, critical bugs, delivery risks, and risks to the live user experience.
- Supervise and train the project QA team.
- Identify opportunities to flag and mitigate quality risks early.
- Support the QA Manager in maintaining quality assurance processes and standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in QA positions, including at least 2 years in lead or management QA positions.
- Experience working closely with production, tech, art, and design departments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo first-party certification requirements.
- Valid UK work visa required; candidates without one cannot be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting at least one title from pre-production through post-launch support.
- Familiarity with the PowerWash Simulator franchise.
- Experience with live service video games.
- Experience with QA automation.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages.
