Junior Motion Capture Specialist (Game Development)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity. Relocation is required.

Salary: 7,300–10,000 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Participate in all stages of motion-capture recording.
• Post-process motion-capture data, including solving, retargeting, and tracking.
• Collaborate with internal clients to organize motion-capture shoots.
• Maintain and monitor motion-capture studio hardware.
• Contribute to improving the motion-capture pipeline and prepare animations for CD PROJEKT RED projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with actors on set.
• Ability to work in Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Willingness and motivation to learn programming.
• Organized and time-efficient approach to tasks.
• Fluent English.
• Genuine interest in motion-capture technology and innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion-capture recordings.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Familiarity with at least one motion-capture software, such as Shogun, Blade, or Motive.
