Prof, POS Designer with Dutch Language Skills

What you will do

• Manage requests and orders for standard and personalized menu items and point-of-sale materials through a designated digital platform.
• Verify catalog items and coordinate approvals before processing personalized materials.
• Capture and align platform requests with stakeholders through a controlled governance process.
• Review and approve artwork through a traceable workflow to ensure brand compliance, accuracy, and controlled supplier production.
• Coordinate asset distribution, trace deliveries, and resolve delivery or execution issues.
• Monitor the annual budget for physical and digital signage supporting Field Sales.

Requirements

• Relevant experience creating digital or printed point-of-sale materials, such as menu cards, posters, and displays.
• Proficient English for written and verbal communication.
• Agency or external partner management experience.
• Stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Written and verbal communication, learning attitude, flexibility, and proactivity.

Nice to have

• Dutch, French, German, Swedish, or Norwegian language skills.
• Experience with digital design platforms.
• Salesforce experience.
• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD software for structural display modelling.
