Senior Media Designer (Motion Graphics)

Location: Fully remote; preferred location: South Africa. Working hours follow standard CT (Central Time), with US federal holidays.

Salary: $1,500–$2,000 per month.

What you will do

• Create graphic, video, motion, social media, website, advertising, presentation, and branded content for client campaigns.
• Translate briefs, campaign objectives, marketing strategies, and brand guidelines into visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards, style frames, and treatments.
• Create 2D motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects, and animated compositions.
• Edit promotional, social media, interview, product, advertising, and campaign videos.
• Adapt assets across platforms, audiences, formats, and client requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple client projects from concept through delivery, collaborate with account management and marketing teams, and refine work based on feedback.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or a related creative field.
• Direct experience creating design and video content for healthcare, medical, or dental manufacturing sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video, motion graphics, and digital content creation expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, plus strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Strong motion design, animation, video editing, and post-production skills.
• Hands-on ClickUp experience is required for managing projects, tasks, deadlines, feedback, revisions, and deliverables.
• Professional client communication, independent work, cross-functional collaboration, organization, attention to detail, time management, and consistent deadline delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment and managing multiple client projects.
• Experience creating content for paid social, display advertising, websites, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
