Software Engineer – CI/CD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain tools and services used by multiple software development teams.
• Design, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and delivery workflows.
• Build integrations between development systems and platforms.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities that improve developer productivity.
• Support development teams with tooling, workflows, best practices, and developer-platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in Java development, preferably with tooling, platform engineering, or backend services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and delivery workflows.
• Strong knowledge of scripting, Linux environments, and container technologies.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows.
• Interest in automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass security vetting under applicable security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply to positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI, AI assistants, or AI-driven automation.
• Experience with Gradle, including custom plugin development.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience in platform engineering or Developer Experience.
• Experience in large-scale software development organizations.
