Sr. Designer 2D

Location: Remote - GMR

Salary: $68,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Establish typography systems, color palettes, grid architectures, and visual identities across channels.
• Develop and present 2D concepts from initial sketches through final execution across print, digital, environmental, and experiential work.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Motion Designers, and 3D Artists to integrate 2D elements into larger visual systems.
• Lead projects, mentor emerging designers, provide critique, and raise the quality of 2D design work.
• Connect visual decisions to strategy and build distinctive, consistent identities across applications.
• Manage tight deadlines and competing priorities while delivering polished, production-ready work.

Requirements

• Expert-level craft in typography, color relationships, hierarchy, composition, and visual systems.
• Previous proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth, consistency, and bold aesthetic choices.
• Ability to communicate creative vision clearly and present design decisions with confidence.
• Ability to balance strategic creative thinking, speed, precision, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about new tools, technologies, and approaches, including AI.
