Senior Brand Analyst - LT

Location: Hybrid role in Vilnius, Lithuania

What you will do

• Analyze and manipulate data in Genesis to identify trends and insights.
• Build professional reports, charts, graphs, presentations, and business reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support account audits, operational excellence initiatives, and strategic account improvements with Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Brand Operations, Services, Product Development, and Support teams.
• Lead initiatives, drive continuous improvement, coach peers, and mentor colleagues.
• Support onboarding and live training for new hires while communicating insights through meetings, presentations, Teams, and email.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency navigating relevant internal platforms and third-party productivity or efficiency tools.
• Advanced knowledge of internal platform requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Strong expertise in the three core modules: Marketplaces, Social Media, and Websites.
• Advanced Genesis data manipulation and trend analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, pivot tables, data analysis, charts, graphs, conditional formatting, text-to-columns, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and process automation.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and other reporting or presentation tools, including integrating Excel data into presentations and business reports.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to present insights with supporting data and visualizations.
• Ability to share knowledge, coach peers, and improve team-wide analytical capabilities.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency with third-party scraping and automation tools such as Outwit or Octoparse.
• Programming skills supporting automation within Genesis.
• Experience building web scrapers from scratch and reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting scraper code.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Asana while leading projects.
