Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical & Solutions Support Expert

Location: Bratislava, Austria

Salary: Minimum EUR 3,000 gross per month for a full-time position; actual salary depends on professional and personal qualifications.

What you will do

• Provide operational support, incident and problem management, and change management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Customize CRM solutions and develop web resources using JavaScript and HTML, as well as plugins.
• Enhance and maintain SSIS integration packages and Cloud Flows.
• Develop and maintain Power BI paginated reports.
• Contribute to agile delivery with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
• Analyze existing logic, propose improvements including new release-wave and Copilot features, and translate stakeholder requirements into stable technical designs.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft SQL Server, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with plugin development, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SSIS integrations.
• Ability to investigate complex technical problems and deliver clean, well-tested solutions.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to development with end-to-end ownership of tasks.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors while working independently.

Nice to have

• Financial industry experience, including strategic planning.
• Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Power Platform Developer Associate certification, or progress toward one.
• German language skills.
