What you will do

• Develop credit scoring and predictive analytics models for corporate borrowers.
• Contribute to an automated corporate lending platform for businesses and individual entrepreneurs.
• Implement ML-based credit scoring, a decision engine, and analytics to improve credit risk assessment and accelerate loan approvals.
• Work with high-load, distributed, cloud-based platforms and large volumes of data.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Experience with banking products and the fintech industry.
• Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark.
• Experience developing application and behavioral credit scoring models and Probability of Default (PD) models.
• Understanding of PD, LGD, and EAD metrics and their use in Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations under IFRS 9.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and strong SQL skills.
• Experience validating models using Gini, KS, PSI, and backtesting.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate credit scoring, financial statements, and external data sources such as credit bureaus and tax authorities.
