Senior ML Compiler Engineers (AI)

hirify.global is an AI hardware startup founded in 2022, building chips, compilers, and runtimes to accelerate large language model inference.

What you will do

• Develop the machine learning compiler stack for hirify.global’s AI acceleration hardware.
• Enable high performance for the latest LLMs on hirify.global accelerators.
• Help define the compiler IR, lowering strategy, optimization passes, and execution model.
• Collaborate with hardware, driver runtime, and ML engineers through hardware-software co-design.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing machine learning compilers using industry-standard technologies such as MLIR or TVM.
• Up-to-date knowledge of machine learning techniques and technologies.
• Good understanding of computer architecture and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent C/C++ skills and solid experience with industry-standard development tools and technologies.
• Creative and innovative mindset, willingness to take ownership, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, plus 4+ years of industry experience.
