Customer Service Specialist (SAP)

Location: Shanghai, China; hybrid work model

Total target cash compensation: ¥164,250.00–¥219,000.00, including base salary and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Process Catalyst CSD transactions, including creating, changing, and rejecting sales orders in SAP.
• Monitor open orders for master data, pricing, blocks, invoicing, documentation, delays, quality issues, complaints, and claims.
• Manage CRM alerts and provide order-status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Meet operational SLAs and KPIs, escalate delays and claims to the Team Lead, and maintain process and regulatory compliance.
• Provide backup support, participate in knowledge transfer, and support audits.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to optimization projects and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, International Shipping, Freight Forwarding, International Trade, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant import/export experience.
• Fluent English required.
