What you will do

• Develop military operations and defense-related evaluation frameworks.
• Create guidelines distinguishing military and civilian applications of technology.
• Define prohibited AI assistance under international humanitarian law.
• Design conflict-risk assessment rubrics and evaluation tools.
• Review AI models for responsible defense and humanitarian applications.
• Analyze military operations, weapons targeting, and international humanitarian law.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in military operations, defense analysis, or international humanitarian law.
• Advanced degree in Military Science, Security Studies, International Law, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience.
• Strong knowledge of international humanitarian law, conflict ethics, and defense policies.
• Experience in military planning, targeting law, or humanitarian law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in policy research, conflict analysis, or weapons policy.
