What you will do
- Lead all customer-facing functions in the region, including Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships.
- Oversee the regional customer success team to ensure strong client outcomes, retention, and expansion.
- Drive new business generation, including pipeline development, lead generation, and senior-level prospect engagement.
- Activate Agency business through strategic relationships and prioritization.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, prospects, agencies, and platform partners.
- Own and execute ’s go-to-market strategy for LatAm.
- Shape and implement the regional hiring strategy.
- Collaborate closely with global leadership.
- Represent externally as a senior leader.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Region, GM, or senior commercial leader.
- Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Strong track record in building and scaling teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to shape go-to-market narratives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
