RMF Continuity Management Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support RMF continuous monitoring by keeping continuity and incident response artifacts complete, compliant, and assessment-ready.
• Advise system teams on developing and updating Information System Continuity Plans (ISCPs), Incident Response Plans (IRPs), and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
• Coordinate and conduct tabletop and functional exercises, disaster recovery tests, and incident response training activities.
• Prepare Test Plans and Results, exercise documentation, finalized plans, weekly status reports, and training activity updates.
• Develop After-Action Reports, lessons learned, and corrective action recommendations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 security controls related to Contingency Planning (CP) and Incident Response (IR).
• Experience developing, reviewing, and testing ISCPs, IRPs, and BIAs.
• Experience conducting tabletop and functional exercises, disaster recovery tests, and incident response training.
• Familiarity with security authorization processes, assessment preparation, and compliance validation requirements.
• Ability to analyze continuity and incident response documentation and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong technical writing, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
