IT Supervisor (Hospitality)

Location: MORGANS ORIGINALS PAROS CLIFF GREECE, Paros, Greece. Eligible to work in the EU.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and monitor the hotel’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, networks, Wi-Fi, and telecommunications.
• Provide hands-on IT support to all hotel departments and respond quickly to urgent operational issues.
• Support PMS, POS, and related hospitality applications, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Perform updates, backups, preventive maintenance, security checks, access management, and asset documentation.
• Coordinate with the remote IT team abroad and external vendors on incidents, upgrades, deployments, and complex issues.
• Help implement approved technologies, train colleagues, and improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with corporate standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, ideally in hotels or hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with hospitality systems such as PMS and POS.
• Solid knowledge of networks, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and IT hardware.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, backups, and data protection, including GDPR.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and explain technology clearly.
• Integrity and discretion when handling guest, employee, and company information.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent issues outside regular hours when needed.
• Fluent English and eligibility to work in the EU.
• Interest in hospitality and the role of technology in guest experiences.

• Greek language skills.
