Federal Staff Reporting Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote (US only)

What you will do

• Create and refine WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, and executive briefings.
• Develop reference responses and summaries for military and government reports.
• Evaluate submissions for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with federal reporting standards.
• Create grading rubrics and guidelines for AI-generated reports.
• Provide feedback to improve reporting quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet client standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. federal or Department of Defense reporting or staff writing.
• Experience preparing official reports, memos, and executive summaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of federal reporting standards and documentation procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
