Product Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate product releases and deliver high-quality increments on time, within budget and scope.
• Translate business requirements into actionable work for engineering teams and provide visibility into product vision, strategy, and delivery progress.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs with product management and engineering leadership.
• Maintain a ready backlog, support iteration planning, and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release plans, set delivery expectations, and help mitigate impediments affecting release and sprint goals.
• Create reports covering each stage of the feature delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, meticulous planning, teamwork, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, event-driven, high-performance environment.
• Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Medical Devices.
• Knowledge of building and implementing technology solutions or applications.
