Supplier Relations & Payables Lead (FinTech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; full-time on-site, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

Gross annual salary: €36,000–€42,000, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage payment lists, approvals, execution, and payment-related records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, department heads, and internal teams on missing, incorrect, duplicate, or amended invoices.
• Handle supplier onboarding forms and updates, and maintain the Supplier Agreements Register.
• Act as the main contact for supplier payment queries and escalate issues before payment runs.
• Contribute to improving supplier and payment processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supplier payments, accounts payable, payment operations, or a similar role in a multinational company.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, including invoices, credit notes, and supplier accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems.
• Fluent English and Greek.
• Excellent organisation, time management, multitasking, prioritisation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident approach.
